Limited Liability for PackagesAll shipments are subject to the shared responsibility of the customer and the designated carrier (such as UPS or Canada Post) from the moment the package is collected by the carrier from SHEMAX CANADA or delivered by SHEMAX CANADA to the carrier.
While we are committed to assisting in the claims process, it is important to note that we are not responsible for the reimbursement or replacement of shipments that are lost or stolen.
Once your order leaves our warehouse, we cannot be held liable for any issues that may arise during the shipping process.

Attention! Upon receipt of the equipment, be sure to check the goods. The appearance of the box must not be bent or broken. Take the dust collector out of the box and check the operation by connecting it to the mains. If you find any comments, please fix them on a photo or video, and also make a statement (claim) through the carrier.
