How to Replace the Filter in a SHEMAX Dust Collector
Turn off the SHEMAX dust collector and ensure it is unplugged from the power source.
Put on protective gear — a mask and gloves.
Remove the top part of the dust collector’s housing by unscrewing it, and place it on the table nearby.
Prepare cleaning wipes (preferably wet ones) in advance and lay them out on the table.
Take out the filter from the lower part of the housing and place it on the wipe with the dirty side facing down.
Gently tap the filter ribs to shake the dust onto the wipe. Do not use water or any liquids to clean the filter — dry cleaning only.
Turn the cleaned filter over and insert it back into the lower part of the housing.
Place the top part of the housing back on and screw it in to secure it.
Fold the used wipe and dispose of it properly.
Turn on the dust collector. Plug the device only into an AC outlet. Do not leave the dust collector unattended while plugged in. Use only accessories included in the package.
Attention! If the filter gets wet, it will be damaged and the suction power of the extractor will decrease. The filter must not be exposed to moisture!
